My name is Lisa Robinson, and I started Pembroke Cookie Company in 2008. I have always enjoyed creating hand decorated sugar cookies for my family and friends. It did not take long for the requests to come in for me to make cookies for "friends of friends." Then one day someone asked me why I wasn't selling them, and I thought..."there's an idea." So it was then that I started the process of creating Pembroke Cookie Company.

 

This is the ideal career for me not only because it allows me to spend a significant amount of time with my family, but because I truly love doing it. I hope that you will find my cookies as delicious and beautiful as my family and friends do. I have already established a repeat customer base, and hope that you will provide me with the opportunity to create a memorable contribution to your event. I'm convinced that once you try them no other cookie will compare.
